Welcome to www.livenation.pl, the official website for ticket purchase for shows in Poland. The guide below was created to explain how to buy tickets at out webshop.

We would like to remind you that official tickets are available only at: www.livenation.pl, www.ticketmaster.pl. Ticket purchase at websites above is the only way to guarantee that the tickets ordered will be at a legitimate price. Only official tickets grant entrance to the venue.

What is required to buy tickets?
•    A Ticketmaster account:  www.ticketmaster.pl/myAccount/loginRegister.php#register
•    Adobe Reader – to print tickets at home:  Ticketfast
•    Internet bank account or a credit card (Eurocard/Mastercard, Visacard)

1. Find the event website
To find the event that you are interested in, you need to click ‘ALL EVENTS’ tab at the top of the page. A full list of events currently on sale will appear.
Next, you just need to click the event you want to attend.

2. Click ‘Buy tickets’
You are at the event website right now. If the event is currently on sale, there will be a ‘Buy tickets’ button at the right side. When you click it, the link will take you to a Ticketmaster site where official tickets are available for purchase. You will see a full list of price categories.
Please note that MyLN account and a Ticketmaster account are two separate accounts. To buy tickets you will need a Ticketmaster account as well.

3. Choose a desired price category and ticket quantity.
For various events there might be a possibility to use ‘Best available option’ rather than choosing from the seat map.

The sales system will choose the best currently available seats in the chosen price category.
After choosing your tickets you need to click ‘Look for tickets’ button and confirm by clicking ‘Continue’.

Choosing tickets from Interactive Seat Map
Another way to choose your tickets is too choose from Interactive Seat Map of the venue. To use this method you will need to install Java. You also have to make sure that your browser has enabled pop-ups. Then, you will need to click ‘Take me back to interactive seat map’ if it’s not already on. Choose the area of the venue that you want to buy seats in. A detailed, seat-by-seat map will appear. If the seat lights up as gray, it is not available to buy.

4. Checkout
Next step is the checkout. You will see a summary of the chosen seats. Here you can chceck your order and choose the shipping options.
Depending on the event various delivery methods can be available: postage, courier, an e-ticket to print at home.
For some of our events we enable the option to buy –etickets that the customer can print at home, using a regular printer. After a successful payment you can choose to print your tickets straight away, or get back to your order at any given time and print the tickets using the My account tab.

PLEASE NOTE: Entrance to the venue will only be granted to a calid, printed Ticketfast holder. An order confirmation is NOT enough.
 Choose your preferred delivery method and make sure all data is correct.

6. Payment methods
To pay for your tickets, please choose a payment method:
- VISA
- Euro-/Mastercard
- Płatności online (Dotpay).

When you choose to pay by card, the sum will be substracted from your account. You will be asked to supply your credit card details.  To choose this payment method please click ‘credit card’.
Another payment option is a fast bank transfer operated by Dotpay. To choose this payment method please click ‘pay with a fast bank transfer’.
If the payment is not done immediately or proves not to be successful your reservation will end and the order will not be placed or processed further.

If you choose to pay by card or DotPay, a service charge of 3% applies. This charge is non-refundable.
After payment method choice confirm and go ahead.

7. Details confirmation
You will be asked to accept Terms & Conditions. Please read them and if you agree, accept them and order tickets. You will be redirected to payment.

8. Confirmation
During next few minutes you will receive an e-mail with your order details. You can print the confirmation by clicking the small printer button at the right bottom corner.
Time to pay is 10 minutes. If you fail to pay during that time your reservation will expire and the tickets will not be ordered.
If the payment is succesful, you’ll receive an e-mail confirming your order. If you don’t receive such e-mail during 1 hour since the payment, your order was not successful. Please try again.
If you do not receive a confirmation, but the payment was taken from ypur account, please contact Ticketmaster at info@ticketmaster.pl.
