How can I resell my ticket?

If you can no longer attend both shows in two-show cities or the show in a single-show city, contact your point of purchase to learn about your fan-to-fan resale options. 

What is the difference between each show at stops where Metallica plays twice?

Metallica will play two completely different sets, with no songs repeated across the two shows. Each show will also have different opening acts, which vary by country.

 

How can I buy a Snake Pit ticket?

Snake Pit access is included with select Enhanced Experience packages, and is also available by purchasing the Snake Pit Package, which includes Snake Pit access and a limited edition Metallica x YETI drinkware item. For details, visit wearesuper.co/metallica.

 

What is an “I Disappear” Ticket and how can I buy one?

The “I Disappear” Ticket is your all-access passport to multiple Metallica shows across the M72 EU/UK 2026 tour. It includes a GA ticket with early entry to as many shows as you can attend - no need to buy individual tickets for each city. “I Disappear” tickets are available through wearesuper.co/metallica. This ticket does not include access to festivals or any other special events Metallica participates in.

How/when will I receive my tickets?

Depending on the options available for your city, tickets are either issued as mobile tickets or PDFs sent via email. You may not be able to view or download your tickets until closer to the event. Check your confirmation email or the ticket agent account where you purchased your tickets.

 

How can I give my tickets to a friend or family member?

Please check back closer to the event for further details about how to transfer your tickets to friends and family. Unauthorised resale is not permitted. 

Ticket transfer will be available closer to the event.

Is the show suitable for children?

This is at the discretion of parents/guardians. Explicit language may be used during the performance along with high levels of volume. Age restrictions in each venue may vary. For more information, contact the venue or official ticket agent.

 

I am part of the Fan Club as a  Legacy/Fifth Member. How do I access the presale?

If you are already a Legacy or Fifth Member, please log in to your account and visit the “pre-sale code” page to request an access code. What are the Enhanced Experience packages?

What are Official Platinum Seats?

Platinum tickets give fans access to some of the most popular tickets at a price set by the event organizer (e.g., the sports team, the artist team, the theatre producer).

 

Is this the same as surge pricing?

No, it is not the same. No algorithmic surge pricing technology is used in Platinum ticket pricing.

 

Do I get anything else with Platinum tickets?

No, these tickets are not part of a package.

 

Can I sell Platinum tickets?

Yes, subject to the event’s terms and conditions.

How many tickets can I buy for each city? 

There is a limit of four (4) tickets per customer per city during the presales, and six (6) tickets per customer per city after general on-sale.* Ticket limits are in place to ensure all fans have the chance to purchase tickets.

*Excluding Hungary, where a ticket limit of 4 per customer per city applies for presales and general on-sale.

 

How do I purchase accessible tickets?

Accessible tickets will be available through the primary ticket agent. Please follow the options from the Live Nation and Ticketmaster website.

 

Who will be the support act?

European support acts on select dates include Gojira, Pantera, Knocked Loose, and Avatar. Support acts vary by show and are subject to change.

 

I need to plan my trips - when will the gig end?

Show times will be published closer to the events and vary by city.

 

Is there a seat map? 

Seat maps are displayed during the purchase process.
