2. Scope of Organiser's obligations, cancellation and rescheduling of event

2.1. The Organizer ensures the proper conduct of the Event and its compliance with the law. The Organiser is obliged to ensure that the Participant has a valid ticket allowing entry and participation in the event specified on the ticket. The Organiser is also obliged to provide organizational backup for the event and to ensure that the event is undisturbed, secure and compliant with the law.

2.2. The Organiser is authorised to cancel the event without previous notice for important reasons that preclude the possibility to organise the event in the agreed terms, that are out of the Organiser's responsibility. In such case the Participant shall have the rights provided by the relevant provisions of law.

2.3. The Organiser has the right to reschedule the date, place and change the program of event for important reasons, i.e. national mourning, unfavourable weather conditions that make it impossible to run the event, illness, indisposition or another objective reason concerning the artist that is out of the responsibility of the Organiser and that makes it impossible for the artist to perform and cases where rescheduling is necessary to ensure security, health or life of people or property or necessary to ensure undisturbed and comfortable participation in the show. In the event of rescheduled show, the Ticket Purchaser is entitled to return their ticket no later than 24 hours prior to the new show date.

2.4. The authorised seller (ticketing platform) will inform the Ticket Purchaser about the cancellation of the Event or reschedule of the Event in manner stated in their terms and conditions

2.5. If an event is cancelled, the Ticket Purchaser has the right to receive refund. The Ticket Purchaser should contact first the seller (i.e. ticketing platform from which the ticket was purchased). The seller is responsible for the refund and will refund the ticket price and any obligatory fees connected with the purchase of the ticket without undue delay. If the Ticket Purchaser cannot contact the seller or cannot obtain refund from the seller, the Organiser will assist the Ticket Purchaser in obtaining the refund. The Organiser doesn’t take responsibility for tickets purchased from unauthorised ticket sellers, i.e. ticket sellers other than those stated in point 1.3.

3. Security of event

3.1. Participation in the Event is conditional upon the Participant undergoing ticket verification and security checks carried out by the Organiser, venue staff, security staff, information staff or other persons authorised by the Organiser. For objective security reasons and in order to verify compliance with these GTCs security staff or venue staff may check Participants’ overgarment or items brought to the Event Site, in proportional manner and to the extent permitted by law.

3.2. Participants are required to comply with orders and instructions issued by the Organiser, venue staff and security staff. A Participant may refuse to follow an order if it is unlawful or contrary to good manners.

3.3. Only where justified by objective security reasons, the Organiser can:

(a) refuse a Participant entry to the event; in particular when a Participant is armed, is under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances, wears metal-ended shoes or brings any other dangerous objects.

(b) request that the Participant leave the event and take adequate steps to ensure that the request is obeyed. Certain Events are held at outdoor venues, including but not limited to stadiums, open-air arenas and festival grounds and as a result participants may be exposed to prevailing weather conditions, including but not limited to rain, wind, heat, cold, humidity and direct sunlight. Participants are advised to verify the venue type and consult weather forecasts prior to the Event and to dress and prepare accordingly.

If you experience visibility issues from your purchased seat during the Event (other than visibility limitations indicated at the time of ticket purchase), we recommend that you report them immediately to one of the customer service points, whose locations will be listed in the information leaflet sent to Ticket Purchasers before the Event. Reporting the issue immediately during the Event allows the Organiser to address it promptly, including, where possible, relocating you to a different seat.

4.2. Official programs and gadgets can only be purchased at the event.

4.3 Every show participant, disregard of age, needs to have a valid ticket.

4.4 As a general rule, persons under the age of 6 may not participate in Events organised by Live Nation sp. z o.o. and will not be allowed to enter the Event Site even under the supervision of an adult. Legal guardians are responsible for minors participating in the Event. Where a given Event has different age restrictions for Participants, the Ticket Purchaser will be informed of such conditions via the authorised ticketing platform prior to purchasing tickets for that Event.

4.5 A valid ticket entitles the Participant to the single entry to the Event, subject to the grounds for refusal of entry or removal from the Event Site set out in these GTCs and applicable law. If one Ticket Purchaser holds tickets for several Participants, all Participants covered by those tickets should appear at the entrance at the same time.

4.6 The ticket cannot be used for any advertising or promotion (including contests and lotteries) or for any other trading purposes. Any refund of a cancelled ticket will be handled without undue delay, using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless the Ticket Purchaser expressly agrees to a different method of refund.

4.8 The ticket is only valid with a control coupon and entitles the Participant to the single entry to the Event. Participant cannot re-enter the Event Site. The mobile ticket is only valid when displayed in the authorised ticket seller’s app/account. The mobile ticket is not available as a PDF, JPEG or on paper. Screenshots will not be valid.

4.9 The time indicated on the ticket is the door opening time for the Event. The Event schedule will be published by the Organiser on social media and sent by e-mail to the Ticket Purchaser no later than 24 hours before the Event date.

4.10 The purchase of tickets is subject to quantitative restrictions and varies for each Event. The number of tickets that can be purchased is displayed on the authorised ticketing platform event page and is subject to verification for each transaction. If the buyer (using same user account or same credit/debit card) exceeds the set limit of purchased tickets, the Organiser or the authorised ticketing platform shall inform the Ticket Purchaser of the cancellation of the excess tickets. Refunds for cancelled tickets shall be made without undue delay, using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless the Ticket Purchaser expressly agrees to a different method of refund.

4.11. Because the ticket relates to an entertainment or cultural Event taking place on a specified date or during a specified period, the statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply.
