Sum 41 is a legendary punk rock band founded in 1996 in Canada. Quickly, because already with their debut album "All Killer No Filler" from 2001, the musicians gained popularity - the album became a commercial success and the single "Fatlip" reached number one on the Billboard Modern Rock Tracks chart and remains the band's most successful single to date. Their debut album was certified platinum in both the United States and the United Kingdom and triple platinum in Canada
So far the band has released 7 albums - the last in 2019. "Order In Decline" was promoted by the single "Out Of Blood". According to the musicians, this is the "heaviest" material they have released. The album was created in the summer of 2018, right after the 3-year tour. The lyrics concern the current situation in the world, although as the vocalist Sum 41, Deryck Whibley emphasizes - he did not want the album to become a political protest. It's his feelings, a kind of diary that tells about the events that are happening around. We can also find there very personal lyrics, such as the song "Never There", which talks about growing up without a father, or "Catching Fire" about mental health and the loss of loved ones.
After over 15 million records sold worldwide, a Grammy Award nomination, 2 Juno Awards (7 nominations), a Kerrang! Award in 2002, as well as multiple Alternative Press Music Awards, Sum 41 is quite simply a rock band – uncompromising and honest with no intention of slowing down.
